Services and bookings
Session availability, format, pricing and programme dates are confirmed directly with you before a booking is finalised. Please provide accurate learner details so that we can discuss the most suitable support.
Attendance and conduct
Learners and families are expected to engage respectfully and arrive ready for scheduled sessions. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule an agreed session.
