Assessments

Post Modules
Students take assessments at the end of each module to track progress.
Assessments consist of the following question types:

• Calculations including percentages, averages and statistics.
• Interpretations from data with finding trends, examples and anomalies.
• Explanations on processes, causes, effects, impacts, and responses.
• Evaluations and decisions with advantages and disadvantages

Learning outcomes

By the end of this course, learners will analyse the natural and human environments that shape our world, integrating key topics such as landscapes, climates, population, and urbanisation. They will evaluate how human societies interact with physical systems while applying sharp analytical and evaluative skills to interpret spatial data, maps, and geographical media.

They will cultivate strong global awareness by investigating the economic, political, and social dimensions of development and globalisation. They will gain a deep appreciation for the interconnections between local actions and global systems.
